Victorian based Vet, Dr Bruce Syme, developed his Vet's All Natural dog food products because he believes our lovable four legged best friends are not designed or equipped to properly digest and absorb cooked food, as we humans are. They have been evolving on this planet for 40 million years eating raw, fresh food. Their mouths, teeth, stomach, intestines, organs and enzymes, are all evolved to masticate, process, digest and absorb raw food, not cooked food. It’s an interesting school of thought. And perhaps the increase of raw pet food products on the market is a sign that dog & cat owners are embracing this school of thought!
